Originaly created as modelDownloadFactor, to keep going on with my decade long history of providing game.art.assets. MdlFaktor became something more, a portal for multi media content .. targeting [indie] game, CGI and VR world design.
For original art.assets, your prototyping needs, detail work timeframes ... think about .. the model.Download.Faktor.
Currently i like to offer downloadable art.assets in form of textures and models - supporting a variety of use situations, beyond just game creation, with licenses to encourage the idea.
For example : art, meant to be used in print media .. is licensed, by default, to allow up to ten copys .. from the original download .. if bought.
The same product however, if in digital form - like games or animation, can freely be used, in a own (customer) product, with out such restrictions.
Predefined Terrain-Heightmaps, which can be further defined in specific software and most game engines .. as-is.
All my game.art.assets are offered and sorted : project-based. Which is .. dungeon crawler, space RTS / FPS and real world urban environment atm. Future art.assets will also support crafting games, survival-horror projects and other.

Any project starts with planing, is prepared and defined till it reaches some state of a final product.
